„The Idea is not to copy nature,
but to give a feeling of nature.“
Piet Oudolf
CONCEPT .PIET
Inspired by the artist Piet Mondrian and the landscape architect Piet Oudolf, it was possible to develop a design that combines both architecture and nature at the highest level. The organic structure of nature permeates the geometric architecture of the residential project and creates a modern, relaxed and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere through the visual interlocking of architecture and nature. This atmosphere is reinforced by the flowing transition between the outside and the inside. Here, too, nature continues. A vertically planted kitchen garden builds the bridge to the exterior design and maintains the calming atmosphere.
Geometrische Elemente des Piet Mondrians neu interpretiert und imbued with the nature of Piet Oudolf, tell of the vision that This residential project is based on the union of architecture and nature. "

The PIET building project is located a short distance from the city center of Innsbruck in the north-east of the capital. On the southern slope of the Nordkette, the village of Arzl enjoys many hours of sunshine and, despite its proximity to the city center, manages to keep its charming village character at the foot of the Karwendel.
